GSM-102 is the USDA Export Credit Guarantee Program. The Foreign Agricultural Service administers it for the Commodity Credit Corporation. In short, a foreign bank approved for the program issues a dollar-denominated irrevocable letter of credit, and a CCC payment guarantee can cover specified amounts if that bank defaults. USDA FAS describes coverage of credit terms of up to 18 months, with maximum terms that may vary by country. Current terms are the ones FAS publishes.
Little Venice (Pequeña Venecia) was the first name given to what is today Venezuela. Venezuela means little Venice. In this legal name, Institute means institutional rigor, compliance, and trusted trade structuring. The company is an export management company, not a school or a training institute.
